INFORMATION FOR POSTER PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION

    

Posters will be displayed at the Hallways/closed Balconies of The Cultural Center of Naxos on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Accepted abstracts have been assigned a day, a session, and a number within a session, all encoded in the Abstract Code, e.g. TU01-02 assigns a poster to Tuesday, Session 1, on poster board #2; poster boards will be clearly labeled with these Codes daily. Poster dimensions are 100 cm height x 95 cm width.

    

At least 15 minutes before your session, post your materials on the board and leave them in place for the full session; adhesive for posting will be provided in the area. Poster boards may not be used for writing, drawing, or painting; projection equipment is not provided. No presentation may be given by an individual who is not an author on the abstract. Remove materials promptly at the end of the session, that is the end of all sessions each day; posters remaining after that will be removed and discarded.

Presenting authors are required to stand by their posters during their assigned times days e.g., presenters of TU01-01 should be by their posters on Tuesday during the morning and afternoon coffee break and the extra time at lunch.
